32. Coupled beam and pressure vectors

This test covers couplings with pressure loads using a solid beam coupled to a single beam element.

Geometry and setup

This test uses geometry 10 straight square beam.

Load cases

  • LC1_pressure_1_0_0: Pressure vector applied on the coupling surface along x

  • LC2_pressure_0_1_0: Pressure vector applied on the coupling surface along y

  • LC3_pressure_0_0_1: Pressure vector applied on the coupling surface along z

  • LC4_pressure_1_0_1: Pressure vector applied on the coupling surface along (1,0,1)

  • LC5_pressure_1_1_1: Pressure vector applied on the coupling surface along (1,1,1)

  • LC6_pressure_1+1+1: Consecutive pressure vectors on the coupling surface along each of the cartesian directions
